Responsibilities:
Conduct insurance renewal reminder calls to existing / lost Customers for selected branches nationwide.
Conduct Customer Satisfaction Survey / Market Research to existing / lost customers to gather feedback for possible improvement on service provided as well as new business opportunities.
Compilation of Customer Satisfaction Survey / Market Research Report for Management reporting.
Handle customers’ inquiries / complaints (to liaise closely with IBS Regional Heads & Operations Department)
Up selling / cross selling of company’s existing / new insurance products to existing / new customers.
CRM. Sending birthday / special occasion greetings through SMS / Cards to existing customers to foster close relationship with company’s customers.
Enhancing customers data integrity (updating / adding new information)
Reporting Ad-hoc daily, weekly & monthly activities & progress
Targets to achieve
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree holder in any discipline
1 – 2 years of work experience in similar capacity.
Able to converse fluently in English, BM and Chinese.
Good verbal & written communication and PR skills.
Service Oriented with pleasant personality
Not afraid of doing cold calls
Patient and skillful in dealing with difficult customers.
