Responsibilities:
Execution of sales and marketing strategies to manage key accounts, in meeting the desired expectation and quality.
Responsible for budget and monthly forecast sales, and to develop sales plan to ensure sustainable and continuous business growth.
Actively participate in product development and innovations, carry out market research and market intelligence to formulate plans and strategies, and to ensure the business constantly evolves and stays relevant with market demands.
Identify and developing new customers to increase markets share.
Provide technical assistance and application supports to customers.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any field.
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in high volume packaging industry.
Ability to work cross functionally with Process Engineers, Operations and R&D Teams.
Aggressive, disciplined, resourceful and result-oriented.
Good communication skills and fluent in English.
