Responsibilities:
Handle partial of Accounts Payable functions & inventory system.
Reconcile inter-company balances
Maintain Fixed Assets Register and conduct regular audits of fixed assets
Assist Accountant to implement and enforce internal controls
Liaise with auditors & operations staff
Undertake any other ad hoc assignments as instructed by superior from time to time
 
Requirements:
Minimum of LCCI or other relevant professional qualifications
Minimum of 2 years’ relevant working experience in related fields
Proficiency in MS Office & ACCPAC system will be advantageous
Experience in inventory control will be advantageous
Ability in handling partial set of accounts and working under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, possesses initiative & a strong sense of responsibility
