Responsibilities:
Responsible for all sales and marketing plan including advertising, promotion, sponsorship, public and corporate relations
To plan, develop and implement publicity and public relations program to create awareness
Develop corporate publicity materials, messages, brochures, flyers and websites
Develop media plan, prepare media schedule and ensure that all media-related projects are implemented correctly and timely manner
Formulate and implement branding strategies & a focused and targeted implementation of PR campaign
Analyze and recommend appropriate communications process / activities considering the business implications, cost and consistency with current and future business directions
Matured, good analytical, organizational, interpersonal, skilful in negotiation and written and verbal communication
Ability to work closely with product developer, sales and other supporting team
Have an instinctive feeling about future products and concepts
 
Requirements:
Prefer pleasant looking female candidate with great personality
Possess a degree in Marketing / Business / Public Relations / Mass Communication or equivalent
Minimum 8 years working experience in Marketing / Public Relation with at least 5 years experience in a managerial role in property development
Self motivated with the ability to identify key marketing and PR strategies and marketing campaigns
Possess skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing, communications and public relations activities
Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organisational and personal communication skills
A committed team player who is resourceful and possess good market knowledge especially in the Property Development
High proficiency in spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese
